The Villa of a wealthy philanthropist who, realizing he has accrued more wealth than his family could ever spend, has started various charitable endeavors to help those who need it most in the lower classes of NeoTokyo. The most prominent of which is his annual Mega-Contest. In a month-long challenge, 20 citizens from Classes 4 and 5 are randomly selected and invited to his Villa. They are divided into two teams who compete against each other in a series of physical and mental challenges. After each challenge, the losing team must vote amongst themselves to evict one of their members. The challenges and voting continue over a month until a sole contestant is left - who wins a sizable fortune in prize money. To ensure the safety of each contestant, a swarm of drones flies around the Villa 24 hours a day, monitoring the contestant's every move. This footage is transmitted to the Villa's owner in his room on the second floor. After passing the footage onto a Senior Broadcasting Executive at Mastui Inc, the contest was made into a reality TV show. Over the years, its popularity has soared in NeoTokyo. It has led to many contestants being catapulted into fame for their actions on the show.
