An exorbitantly rich man's sleek and modern single-bedroom villa, inside of which he has become something of a hikikomori in recent years. Having grown lonely in his old age, he rarely leaves the comfort of his grounds, evidenced by the lack of clothes in his wardrobe. The only company he ever sees is that of those he employs to clean and maintain his house, leading to him to been seen as something like a ghost by those within NeoTokyo's elite. Some even go as far as to suggest that his villa is empty and his existence is just a rumor, referring to him as Obake-san - Ghost. His kitchen is bare and merely consists of a sink, a coffee machine, and a bar - the latter of which has only ever had one patron.
