The Inoue Villa, more commonly known as the Noh Theatre, is an emerging cultural hub for the elite of NeoTokyo to preserve and enjoy the arts above the clouds. Born as the heir to the Cypher Corp fortune - the largest and foremost tech company in NeoTokyo, the onus on Hiroto Inoue was always to follow in the footsteps of his father and grandfather and continue their legacy as the CEO of Cypher Corp. However, unlike his predecessors, Inoue's passions have always strayed outside the world of innovation and technology and into the realm of tradition and theatre. Inoue instead turned his back on the duty he was born into within Cypher Corp and devoted himself to the revival of the art of Noh. The Art, which originated in 14th-century Japan, is a form of theatre that incorporates aspects of music, dancing, and acting. However, with the rapid technological advances that have pushed humanity forward, classic art has become almost extinct in NeoTokyo; an antiquated relic of the past. As such, Inoue has renovated his villa to include a traditional Noh Stage, where he sponsors the best entertainers in the City to stay and perform their art. This has led to a renaissance of the Art, as the Noh exhibitions he holds at his villa have become a popular form of entertainment amongst his peers in NeoTokyo's elite.
