Villa 74, commonly known amongst the City's elite as the Wildlife Oasis, is an animal sanctuary among the clouds and a popular holiday destination for the wealthy. Owned by the wealthy Toshima family, who built many of the original villas within NeoTokyo, the space is now available to be rented by any fortunate enough to afford it. Upon landing, an update is applied to the guest's neural chips rendering the holographic animals that roam the grounds docile and reactive to the guests and changing their form to appear as real animals of flesh and bone. Guests then make their way along a winding stream and past a pond encircled by a sedge of cranes before finding themselves at the entrance of the traditional Japanese summer house. Complete with a large staff of chefs, maids, and gardeners, guests can relax and enjoy the hot springs to the rear of the house and make the most of their holiday at the top of the City. However, the most appealing and famous aspect of the Villa to prospective guests is the largest animal and unofficial mascot of the property, the Bengal Tiger. After years of poaching, Villa 74 is one of the only places humans can still see this breed of tiger, and as such, the property is often booked out months in advance.
