Atop one of the tallest buildings in NeoTokyo, the Peacock Villa is a colorful and decadent manor that is undoubtedly a show stature within the City - even relative to those in Class 1. Intricately decorated zen gardens dotted with vivid pink Sakura trees are dissected by gently flowing streams that spider from a man-made waterfall, making their way to a small pond on the opposite side of the garden. The owners, Osamu and Keiko Hoashi, chose the name of the villa to reflect the vivid colour palette that can be seen from above. On the theme of the garden, an endangered Indian Peacock roams their grounds - no small personal expense for the family and to the envy of their peers within Class 1. Born as the only child to Taro Hoashi, one of the name partners at the prestigious Doko & Hoashi law firm, Osamu and his wife Keiko have followed in his family's footsteps and are two of the most high-profile and successful lawyers in the City. Their house is always found with an array of assistants, chefs, gardeners, and maids strewn throughout its grounds, to maintain the image they and their estate have cultivated.
